Best wishes to all candidates who sat for the December Exam.  If you are located in the New York or Stamford area, we hope that you will be joining us for our Level II programs that begin in January.  You are welcome register for our Level II classes and begin attending class, but not be billed until you receive notification of your results, which should be released about January 20th.  The Stamford Level II class began on Sunday, January 11th, while the New York class begins on Tuesday, January 20th.  Candidates may also join a class in progress, and make up or repeat any classes that have already taken place at no cost in our Intensive-Review Program or in any of our other public classes.

You are still welcome to join the Level I, II, and III review classes in New York and Stamford that are in progress.  You can make up the sessions that have already been completed in our Intensive-Review Program, which is open to all of our students at no cost.  Any candidates enrolling after March 21st may join our weekly and biweekly classes and pay only $679–the tuition for our Intensive-Review Program.  The 2009 Schweser Study Notes are also available.  We provide our students discounted prices on the whole family of Schweser products.  Please call us at (212) 327-0200 for further information.

June 2008 Exam worldwide pass rates were as follows:
• Level I    35%
• Level II   46%
• Level III  53%
Remember, we offer a $100 discount to our programs for candidates who did not pass the Exam; our own students who did not pass may attend our intensive-review program for $250 (or any other program for half price).

The 2009 CFA Curriculum was released on July 16th.    You may view the Curriculum and Learning Outcome Statements for each session on the CFA Institute Website.  Remember, beginning 2008 the Curriculum is provided by the CFA Institute at no additional cost when you register for the CFA program.  On a space-available basis, students who enroll in our 2009 Level I programs may audit our 2008 Level I programs at no incremental cost.

Schweser study materials are now available for all three levels.  We provide special discounts to the entire family Schweser Products to students enrolled in our programs.  Call us at (212) 327-0200 for further information.

On Sunday, March 22nd, as previously announced, our Level I and Level II classes that are normally held in Stamford will be instead at the White Plains Marriott Residence Inn (914-761-7700).  On April 5 we will return to our normal venue.
