JOINING A PROGRAM THAT HAS ALREADY STARTED

You should join the class that best suits your schedule and learning style, without regard to whether or not it has started.  For the most part, sessions at each level are self contained, and not interdependent.  In other words, it is not necessary for you to have learned Ethics and Professional Standards in order to understand Quantitative Analysis, nor is an understanding of the Quant sessions needed to understand Economics, and so on.  Many of our students join classes after they have begun.  Because of our wide range of classes that meet on different days and follow different schedules (see Programs and Class Schedules), and our policy of allowing you make up or repeat classes at no incremental cost, you can join our programs at any time.

Although candidates never withdraw from our programs unless they choose not to sit for the CFA exam, we have numerous students who withdraw from other programs to join ours.  The CFA exam is too important and your time is too precious to potentially have your efforts undermined by a program that is not right for you.  You are welcome to attend one of our classes at no cost or obligation so that you can experience first-hand the difference between our programs and the others.  Call us at (212) 505-9743 to arrange to join us as a guest.  To defray any costs that you may incur when withdrawing from another program, we will provide you a $100 credit if you provide us proof of registration for another 2004 CFA review program at the time that you transfer to ours.
